I have always been drawn to what remains. Words in old books. Light falling across an image. The traces of people, places and stories left behind.

I write poetry, make photographs, and work with cultural heritage at KU Leuven Libraries, where I have been involved in the digitisation and photographic preservation of collections since 2011. Between Words and Light is a space where these different ways of looking come together.
